MEXC KYC Guide
Completing MEXC verification early makes the rest of account setup and trading preparation easier. Clean document shots and a solid face scan are the main priorities.
Menu labels may change slightly depending on app or web version updates.

What to prepare first
- Make sure all text on your document is readable before you begin.
- Prepare front lighting so your face is evenly visible in the selfie step.
- Enter your legal name without abbreviations.
Verification steps

Open Identification
After signing in, open the Identification or Verify area from your profile or account menu.

Choose the verification type
Use the personal verification flow, then select your country and document type.

Enter your identity details
Fill in your legal name, birth date, and nationality exactly as shown on your document.

Upload document images
Upload the requested document pages and verify that text and photos are still sharp.

Submit the selfie scan
Finish the selfie or face scan step and submit. Once approved, return to the main sign-up guide.
Tips for faster approval
- Lay the document flat on a table to reduce distortion.
- Do not hold your face too close to the camera during the selfie step.
- If you were rejected once, change the environment instead of repeating the same capture.
If you get stuck
- Blurry images are commonly flagged during review even if upload succeeded.
- An outdated browser can cause camera-permission issues.
- Name spelling mismatches may trigger a manual review.
Once MEXC verification is done, move to the next step
Once MEXC verification is complete, return to the sign-up guide and continue with UID registration.
