HTX KYC Guide
Completing HTX verification early makes later trading and withdrawal setup smoother. Exact name matching and a clean selfie environment matter most.

What to prepare first
- Choose the app or web version based on which one gives you easier camera access.
- If a Romanized name is required, keep the same order as your document.
- Check lighting and clean your camera lens before the selfie step.
Verification steps

Open the verification menu
After signing in, open the verification page from your profile, account security, or identification area.

Choose the verification stage
Follow the personal verification flow and select your country and document type. Labels may vary, but the process is similar.

Enter legal details
Fill in your legal name, birth date, and nationality exactly as shown on the document.

Submit document images
Upload clear document images where the name, photo, document number, and expiry date are all visible.

Finish the face scan
Complete the selfie or face verification step, submit, and then continue to UID registration after approval.
Tips for faster approval
- Look straight at the screen and follow the prompts slowly during the face scan.
- Even one spelling error can trigger another review.
- If you were rejected, retake fresh images rather than reusing the same ones.
If you get stuck
- If the expiry date is hard to read, review can be delayed or rejected.
- If the face step freezes, restart the app and recheck camera permissions.
- If approval feels slow, review both email and in-app notices.
Once HTX verification is done, move to the next step
Once HTX verification is complete, return to the sign-up guide and continue with UID registration.
