Verification steps

Choose the personal verification flow, then select your country and document type.

Enter identity details

Fill in your legal name, date of birth, and nationality carefully. Matching spaces and middle names can help.

Submit document images

Upload clear images of your document with visible borders and readable text.

Finish the selfie step

Complete the selfie or liveness step, submit, and then wait for review.

Tips for faster approval

  • Do not cover the document with your fingers while capturing it.
  • A second spelling check before submission can save you a review cycle.
  • If possible, avoid using a VPN during verification.

  • A wrong country or address entry can force another review.
  • Cut-off corners are a common reason for rejection.
