Bybit KYC Guide
Completing Bybit verification early makes withdrawals and account usage smoother. It is usually easiest to finish the basic information and face scan in one session.
Menu labels may change slightly depending on app or web version updates.

What to prepare first
- Make sure your account details do not conflict with your document information.
- Use a stable environment so the selfie step does not fail because of movement.
- The mobile app is often more convenient for the face scan.
Verification steps

Open Identity Verification
After signing in, find Identity Verification under your profile or account security area and choose the personal flow.

Start the verification level
Choose your country and document type. Pick the document that will photograph most clearly.

Enter personal details
Fill in your legal name, date of birth, and residence information exactly as shown on your document.

Upload the document
Capture or upload the required images. Blur, shadows, or cut edges can trigger a resubmission request.

Complete the face scan
Follow the on-screen liveness or selfie instructions, submit, and wait for the approval notice.
Tips for faster approval
- A plain background helps the face scan work more reliably.
- If your current appearance differs from your document photo, review may take longer.
- Keep spaces and name order aligned with your legal document.
If you get stuck
- If uploads fail repeatedly, switch between the app and web version.
- If the face scan keeps failing, improve lighting and clean your camera lens.
- If review is slow, first make sure you did not submit duplicate requests.
Once Bybit verification is done, move to the next step
Once Bybit verification is complete, return to the sign-up guide and continue with UID registration.
