Finishing BitMart verification before you fully set up trading is usually the most efficient path. If your document images and details are clean, the process is fairly straightforward.

Verification steps

Open ID Verification
After signing in, find ID Verification in your account or profile area.

Start verification and choose your country
Begin personal verification and select your country and document type.

Enter legal details
Fill in your legal name, birth date, and nationality exactly as shown on the document.

Submit the document
Upload or capture the document and make sure the validity date, name, and number are clearly readable.

Finish the selfie step
Complete the selfie or face scan and submit. After approval, continue to UID registration.
Tips for faster approval
- Documents near expiration may trigger extra review more often.
- Prepare your exact legal name and birth date in advance to avoid typos.
- Use a standard camera app rather than an aggressive beauty filter or enhancement mode.
If you get stuck
- If the document number is hard to read, retake a sharper original photo instead of zooming in.
- If the selfie keeps failing, check whether hair or shadows are covering your face.
- Repeated duplicate submissions can slow down review.
